This versatile little cabin boasts areas for a kitchen, bath and built-in eating area. A sofa bed or futon can serve Mom and Dad while the kids can sleep in the two bunk lofts. Over the kitchen is a loft extension to stow all the gear.

Other uses for the building could be a storage shed, pool house/changing room, guest house, potting shed, etc.

It is constructed of 2x4 wall studs, plywood and batten siding, and 6x6 treated skids so you do not need a foundation.

The interior can be left unfinished or you can add whatever insulation and finish treatments you desire. The floor area of the lower level is 192 sf.
